Step 1: Calculating specification to select the suitable equipment.

Calculating specification is very important as they determine the needed equipment for the production and installation process as well as careful calculation will help us choose the most appropriate equipment. It ensures both technical and economical.

For example: If the distribution cabinet, it is necessary to determine the number of load branches to distribute to calculate the value of aptomat, wire…

2. Drawing a of equipment layout, operation principle diagram.

Designing plays a very important role in the production of Switchboard process. Switchboard need to be designed to provide all the necessary features as well as  to be optimized in the design to reduce material costs.

Design should be carefully focused and checked to avoid errors after finishing the next steps, which can lead to a need to redo the whole process from the beginning.

3. Processing and installing

We need to choose the Switchboard Enclosures to hold the equipment. On the surface of the cabinet, we will work holes to fix equipment such as lights, clocks, push buttons ... The processing of these holes can be punched CNC machine.\

4. Arranging the equipment inside the Switchboard.

5. Wire contructor

Wire between electrical equipment should be connected in a scientific way.

The head must be devided intro color (red, yellow, green, black ...) and numbered for easily control and repair later.

Signal wires and power wires should be walked in separate jeep pipes, as far as possible.

With highly sensitive signal wires (encoder wires, traditional wires, etc.), they must have outer Sheath.

It is better to connect the preamp circuit first and then the control wire

6. Power, no load.

Check again for safety and no error and then power supply to the switchboard. So we have completed the installation of switchboard
